Mr. Zachary Cain has lived in Texas his entire life, and has been in the Warren and Village Mills area for the last 14 years. He has taught private lessons, and recently completed student teaching at Lumberton Jr. High and High School, under the direction of Mr. Ross Boothman and Mrs. Kathy Smith.

Education

• 2000 graduated from Warren High School
• 2006 graduated from Lamar University, with a Bachelor's degree of Fine Arts in Music Education
  

While at Lamar he studied flute under Kathy Wadenpfuhl-Gay, and also studied a year on saxophone with Dr. Kim Ellis. During high school he took private saxophone lessons with Karen Wylie from the University of Houston.

He has performed with the Lamar Silver Tubes Flute Choir, Lamar's Concert Band, Beaumont Community Players (BCP), and with several churches in the Beaumont and Mid County area.
