In November of 2007, the voters of the Warren Independent School District passed a 24 million dollar bond issue.  This bond issue will fund the construction of a new high school facility, new additions and renovations at the Fred elementary campus and renovation and upgrades to the existing high school facility which will become the new home of the junior high campus, as well as some renovations and upgrades to the Warren elementary campus.

The estimated completion date on the High School Complex is the summer of 2010. 

The estimated completion date on the addition to the Fred Elementary Campus is July of 2009.
