Greetings! I would like to take this opportunity to say "Thank You" for allowing Warren ISD to educate your children and for allowing us to serve your community. I am grateful and honered to serve the faculty, staff, students, and communiyt in the capacity of Superintendent. My career in education has also included positions as teacher/coach, athletic director, head basketball coach, high school principal and Superintendent/CEO of Evant ISD. I am married to Lori, and we have recently been blessed with a daughter, Lilly Grace. I appreciate the hospitality and warm welcome my family and I have received from this community and school district. Warren ISD Education Philosophy: We believe all children have the right to be educated to their maximum potential. As educators, it is our privilege to equip students with the tools and skills needed to lead a successful life as productive citizens through continued education or placement in the work force. We understand all students are unique. Our educational programs incorporate the latest research on teaching methodologies that increase student performance and foster success for all learning styles. We are creative risk takers in exploring new and innovative ways to challenge students intellectually, physically, and emotionally. Our students will be equipped with the technological knowledge that is pertinent to the survival in a technological age. Technology is a necessary resource that enhances the retention of educational goals and objectives for all learners. As educators, we are preparing students for opportunities that may not exist today but may be made available tomorrow through advancement in technology. We will harness this resource and embrace the challenges it presents to motivate our students to reach their full learning potential.
Through motivation and discipline, our students will learn to be self thinkers and problem solvers. Graduates from our school district will have the confidence, knowledge, and necessary skill to compete for higher education opportunities or employment in a world with diminishing resources. Because of our love for students, a passion for education, and a commitment to care, we will place the interest and needs of the student above all else.
