Employment Process Information

Thank you for your interest in employment with the Warren Independent School District. To complete an application, please read the information below and follow the steps indicated.

Step 1: Application

 To be considered as an applicant, you must provide the following:

  •  A completed application
  • Transcripts and/or High School Diploma (if applicable)
  • Resume (if applicable)
  • Certificates/Licenses (if applicable)
  • No more than three letters of recommendation (optional)

Please note: Warren ISD has recently switched online application systems. Please contact the Human Resources department at cindy.kelley@warrenisd.net with any questions regarding this change and thank you for your interest in Warren ISD.

Required documents must be submitted electronically within the application system. If you have difficulty attaching your documents, please refer back to the supporting documents page of your application for detailed instructions. Please do not send duplicate copies of your documents via email or original transcripts through the mail to the Human Resources Department. Original documents will be collected during the Onboarding Process if you are hired for a position with Warren ISD.  

Please complete the application and provide the items listed above. Fingerprinting is required if hired. 

Step 2: Monitor Job Openings

Once you have completed the application process, you should monitor job postings and submit an application for any openings of interest.

Step 3: Interviews

Principals/Supervisors review ALL submitted applications and will contact you if you have been selected for an interview.

Step 4: Job Offer

If you are recommended for employment, a Human Resources Department representative will contact you to offer the position and arrange a time to complete the required paperwork. Please note: Only a Human Resources Department representative is authorized to make job offers.

Step 5: Onboarding Process Begins

All employees must complete the onboarding process following acceptance of employment.
