TCO Fair 2026

Warren FFA had an outstanding showing at the 2026 Tyler County Fair, held October 7–10, as students from all four Warren ISD campuses demonstrated their hard work, dedication, and agricultural skills throughout the week. From floral arrangements and baked goods in the Home Economics Building to chickens, rabbits, goats, lambs, and pigs in the livestock barns, Warren FFA was well represented across the fairgrounds.

One of the week's highlights came from senior and Warren FFA Vice President Helen Redecop, who earned two impressive sale spots with her livestock projects. Her third-place swine brought in $8,499, while her seventh-place lamb brought in $6,500. Helen also received a $2,500 Tyler County Fair Scholarship, adding to an already successful final county fair as a Warren FFA senior.

Warren FFA also dominated the poultry and rabbit shows, sweeping the Grand and Reserve Champion titles in both the Market Broiler and rabbit divisions. JD and Eden Swinney earned Grand and Reserve Market Broiler honors, respectively. Addison Clark and Parker McCoy claimed Grand and Reserve Champion Meat Pen Rabbit honors, while Kyleigh Wiggins and Christalynn Foxworth earned Grand and Reserve Champion Fryer Rabbit honors.

The success continued into the livestock auction. Of the 73 total sale spots awarded across the county, Warren FFA students secured 30, accounting for more than 40% of the auction's sale spots. Warren students earned three swine sale spots, four goat sale spots, five lamb sale spots, seven broiler sale spots, and 11 rabbit pen sale spots. The rabbit exhibitors were particularly impressive, with nine of the top 10 rabbit pens in the show coming from Warren FFA.

During the fair's special awards presentation, Charlotte Spivey was named Rookie of the Year, recognizing her exceptional involvement and accomplishments as a first-year showman. Her recognition was another proud moment for the Warren FFA chapter and its growing group of dedicated agricultural students.

By the conclusion of the fair, Warren FFA students had brought home more than $126,494 in auction proceeds, along with numerous championship buckles and banners. These accomplishments reflect the countless hours of preparation, responsibility, and commitment students put into their projects, as well as the support of their families, agricultural science teachers, buyers, and community members.

Congratulations to all Warren FFA exhibitors on a remarkable Tyler County Fair! Warren ISD is proud of these students and the way they represented their chapter and community through hard work, sportsmanship, and outstanding achievement. The 2026 fair was a tremendous success for Warren FFA, and these students have given the entire Warrior community plenty of reasons to celebrate.
