WISD would like to express our gratitude for the community’s patience and understanding during the recent school closures due to weather conditions. We understand that the change of plans presented challenges; especially for families who had to adjust their schedules and make alternative arrangements. Words cannot express how blessed WISD feels to have the staff, students, families, and community members that we have. We are so fortunate to be in a compassionate and caring community that provides support to allow WISD to prioritize the safety and well-being of our students, staff, and families. We would be remiss if we didn’t say thank you to everyone who has a role in creating an environment where students are safe, able to learn, and are well taken care of. Thank you for everything y’all do!
Tomorrow's the day for substitute training! The training is scheduled for Friday, January 19th from 9:00am - noon in the WISD Administration Boardroom. Ensure you bring the required documentation; see image for details. Can't wait to see y'all there!
