Congratulations to FES Educator Savannah Hudson for receiving a scholarship from Texas Farm Bureau to attend the National Ag in the Classroom Conference! While there, she explored an orchard, a hydroponic crate farming operation, and a local farmers market - bringing back real-world insights to share with the students and staff of Warren ISD.
Savannah also attended inspiring workshops, formed lasting professional connections, and discovered even more opportunities that Texas Farm Bureau provides for educators. 🌿✏️
We're so proud of her passion for learning and bringing agriculture education to her students at the elementary level! Thank you, Texas Farm Bureau, for making this incredible experience possible! 👏

As we wrap up the school year, parents/guardians are reminded to pick up any student medication (prescription or over-the-counter) from the nurse’s office by the last day of school.
⚠️ Medications cannot be stored over the summer and cannot be sent home with students. Any medication not picked up will be disposed of in accordance with FDA and Texas DSHS regulations.
To arrange a pickup time or if you have questions, please contact the school nurse directly.
Attention Parents and Guardians:
If your child has a medical condition that requires emergency medication (e.g., EpiPen, inhaler, Diastat), a physician-completed action plan (for asthma, allergies, seizures, or diabetes), or dietary accommodations due to a food allergy, please check your child’s folder.
School nurses are sending home the necessary forms for students with medical needs on file. These forms should be completed by your child’s physician over the summer and returned—along with any required medication—on the first day of school.

Important Announcement: Reunification Drill – May 7, 2025
Warren ISD will be conducting a Reunification Drill on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, from 10:00AM to 3:00PM as part of our ongoing efforts to ensure the safety and preparedness of our students and staff. Parents are also encouraged in participating in this drill to ensure that in the actual event of an emergency they will also know the procedures and what will be expected of them.
Please note: During this time, parent pick-up from the campuses will not be possible. Parents can begin picking students up at 11:00AM from the sites. We will stop releasing the students from the sites at 2:00PM so we can get back to the campuses for normal release procedures. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we run through this important safety procedure.
The goal of this drill is to ensure that our district, community, staff, substitutes, first responders, and students are prepared to the fullest extent in the event of a real-life emergency requiring reunification. Safety remains our top priority, and these proactive steps help us stay ready and informed.
Your child should have a letter sent home with them that has more details for this drill. You can also find more information on the Warren ISD website under the Safety page.
Thank you for your continued support in keeping Warren ISD safe and secure!
