Exciting News from Warren ISD! 🎶 We are thrilled to welcome Ardis Matthews as the new 25-26 Warren High School Band Director! Mr. Matthews brings incredible talent and a passion for music education that is sure to take our band program to the next level!
He’ll be joining forces with our amazing Junior High Band Director, Keith Riley, to create a powerhouse duo dedicated to building a strong, dynamic, and spirited band experience for our students. The future of the Warren Band Program is bright—and we can’t wait to see (and hear!) what’s next!🎺🥁🎷

Are you interested in transferring your student to Warren ISD? The time to apply is NOW!
✅ Who can apply?
Both new and returning transfer students.
📝 How to apply:
Complete the WISD Transfer Request Form.
Submit attendance, academic, and disciplinary records from your student’s perspective campus.
Ensure your student meets the requirements.
📅 Deadlines & Notifications:
Deadline to apply is Monday, May 5, 2025.
Returning transfer students will be notified by May 22, 2025.
New transfer students will be notified by June 2, 2025.
📌 Important Notes:
Transfers are for one school year only.
Students must maintain eligibility in attendance, academics, and behavior throughout the year.
Transportation is not provided for transfer students.
UIL eligibility is subject to UIL rules.
