Remember WJH Open House is TONIGHT from 6:00-8:00! Join us for free pizza, games, and prizes. Pick up your child's report card and meet their teacher. Also, WHS will host a CTE and organization showcase in the Jr. High Gym. A repeat 8th-grade parent meeting will take place at 6:00 in the High School Cafeteria for those who could not attend the first meeting. We can't wait to see everyone!
The local Rotary Club had the honor of hosting Lt. Col. (Ret.) Jared Ledbetter, a Tyler County native who went from small-town roots to missions overseas. His journey is a testament to dedication, service, and patriotism.
After 20 years in the U.S. Marine Corps, Ledbetter is back home in Tyler County, now shaping the next generation at Warren High School. His mission? Inspiring students to embrace opportunity and uphold the values that define us.

Mrs. Fortenberry's experience at Warren Independent School District has been nothing short of remarkable. She has taught math and science at the elementary level, served as an instructional coach for both elementary campuses, drives a school bus, and has played key roles as a UIL Coordinator and GT Coordinator, demonstrating her dedication to student success in and out of the classroom.
Her unwavering passion for education, deep-rooted commitment to our students, and wealth of experience make her the perfect leader for Fred Elementary. We are confident that, under her guidance and alongside the incredible staff and students at FES, our school will continue to thrive as a nurturing environment where every child can succeed.
